FOUND THE BEST RAMEN IN TOWN

Went to this tiny spot with maybe eight seats total. No sign out front, just a curtain and the smell of pork broth pulling you in from the sidewalk. The kind of place you’d walk right past if nobody told you about it.

The broth was rich and cloudy in the best way — like they’d been simmering pork bones for days. I got the spicy miso with an extra egg. The noodles had the perfect chew, that kind of snap that tells you they know what they’re doing. The chashu was torched on top, slightly caramelized at the edges.

Sat at the counter next to a guy who said he comes here every Tuesday. I get it now. There’s something about eating in a place that small — you can hear the kitchen, feel the steam, watch everything happen in real time. It’s not just food, it’s a whole vibe.

Already planning my next visit. Might try the tsukemen. The dipping broth looked insane when I saw it go past.
